Welcome to Southern Oaks Homeopathy. By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Informed Consent, and Client Agreement. Please read this document carefully.

1. Our Approach

Southern Oaks Homeopathy provides individualized, holistic wellness support designed to work with the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Services are integrative and preventative in nature and may be used alongside conventional medical care.

Homeopathic one-on-one sessions consider your current state of health, symptom picture, emotional state, and overall vitality in order to select remedies and supportive wellness modalities appropriate for you at this time.

For chronic conditions, follow-up sessions are an important part of care and are typically scheduled every 4–8 weeks to assess progress, refine recommendations, and determine an ongoing wellness plan.

3. Practitioner Information
  • Services are provided by Traci Stewart, a trained homeopath educated through the Centre for Homeopathic Education (London).
  • Services are offered within the scope of homeopathic and integrative wellness practices.
4. Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer
  • Southern Oaks Homeopathy provides complementary wellness services only.
  • Traci Stewart is not a licensed medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for disease.
  • Services and information provided are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
  • Clients are encouraged to consult their licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
5. Medical Care & Medications
  • Homeopathic remedies and integrative modalities may be used alongside conventional medical care.
  • Clients taking prescription medications should remain under the care of their prescribing provider.
  • Southern Oaks Homeopathy does not recommend stopping or altering prescription medications.
  • Any medication changes must be directed by the licensed medical provider.
6. Results & Expectations
  • Homeopathy supports the body’s ability to self-regulate and restore balance.
  • Individual responses vary.
  • No outcomes are guaranteed.
  • No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
7. Client Rights, Roles & Responsibilities
  • By receiving services, clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and honest health information
  • Follow scheduling, payment, and cancellation policies
  • Take responsibility for personal health decisions
  • Clients must be 18 years or older, or a legal guardian must provide consent for minors.
8. Appointments, Fees & Cancellations
  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to full charge.
  • Fees and services are subject to change and are published on the website.
9. Communication
  • Communication may occur via email, text message, phone, or other electronic means unless otherwise requested.
  • These communication methods are not encrypted and may not be fully secure.
  • By engaging in services, you consent to this form of communication.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • All information shared during consultations is kept confidential.
  • Information will not be disclosed without written consent except where required by law.
  • Disclosure may be required in cases of:
    • Reasonable suspicion of child or elder abuse
    • Reasonable suspicion of harm to self or others

Southern Oaks Homeopathy does not store protected health information directly on the website. Documents are exchanged directly between client and practitioner.
